What is Lancashire 14?

Lancashire 14 includes the 12 districts under Lancashire County Council, plus Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen. It’s the geography used by funders and public services to plan and invest in the region.

The LOCAL Project works across all 14 areas to bring the VCFSE sector together — supporting collaboration, strengthening local voices, and helping shape a better future for communities across Lancashire.
