Voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise groups and leaders from across Lancashire, including Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen, have come together to develop the VCFSE Sector Manifesto for Lancashire 14. The LOCAL project is working to identify the change that needs to happen around the nine Manifesto priorities.
