7. Build a Social Prescribing Model for Lancashire
There is an increasing movement which encourages people to “do something” rather than take pills. Voluntary groups can be welcoming of the less confident by being part of the patchwork of activities available within the local community. The social prescribing movement is increasing in scope, with Covid accelerating that increase. this may be a route to obtain limited financial support to run activities for all.
